It\'s indisputable: Limoges says quality. And T&V - Tressemann and Vogt - produced some of the world\'s finest and most beautiful Limoges porcelain.

This superb service of 8 footed bouillon cups and saucers is in a beautiful pattern ofgreen banding and rich gold gilding,inkeeping with the exceptionally high quality that made the company\'s porcelain so famous, and so coveted. The design - especially theintricate web of gold and thecup\'s sophisticated scalloped foot - speaks totheelegance of a bygone age.

The green underglaze \"T&V Limoges France\" mark number 7, dating the set\'s production to between 1892 and 1907, appears on every piece, as does the purple bell mark number 16 that dates itsdecoration to between 1907 and 1919. Since the two marks overlap only in 1907, that is very likely the year this service was produced,making it 110 years old.

The service is in great condition, especially considering its age and fragile material.Thereare no chips, nicks, stains, repairs or crazing - nothing more than small signs of gentle use on the undersides of some of the handles.

The cups are 4 1/8 inches in diameter at the openingand 1 7/8 inches tall. The saucers are 5 3/4 inches in diameter.
