This is a quite superb oil painting, on board, of captured fish, laid out on river bank after a days fishing, ofwhich:

During our research we have been informed it certainly is of antique years.

Certainly of a European origin.

Oil painting on board.

Painted by an artist with a fine hand.

Mounted in the large gilt frame in more recent times.

We are informed, the original frame was replaced about five years ago due to it being too damaged to display.

The painting was taken to a professional framer where the frame was replaced.

Titled: Still Life.
