Superb Victorian metal hat box
With hinged lid & latch
Tan colour to the metal on the exterior and a beautiful blue colour on the interior
Colour has kept amazingly vibrant for it\'s age
There is a kite registration mark which dates this between 1842 - 1883
There is a dent to one side of the hat box but otherwise lovely original condition -Please see images for condition details
Overall, a beautiful box, which could be used for it\'s original purpose, or would just make alovely storage or interior display piece.
