This is a superb ironstone plate with the Chinoiserie decoration with to the outer circumference, edge, Persian text ofwhich:

During our research we have been informed it certainly dates from the early 19th century.

Dates about c1820s.

Unmarked but certainly of an English origin.

Ironstone plate with the wonderful Chinoiserie decoration with flowers to the outer decorative edge.

To the top: Persian text.

It has an overall height of about 0.75inches.

It has an overall max dia of about 10.25inches.

Base dias of about 6inches.

Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition is very good and is not subject to:

any major blemishes except: has a chip to the edge at the base edge.

ageing with fine crazing.

Besides being a very collectable, early 19th century ironstone plate with the Chinoiserie decoration, Persian text to the outer edge, c1820s, would also look fabulous displayed.
