There are 180 loose photos,140 of which are directly relating to aviation. Many excellent aircraft shots;crashes, in flight, with pilots round them. Some excellent pilot shots, pilotand observer badges being worn, unit arm patches. Quite a few of pilotsfunerals and graves, transport by train and truck, captured and downed Alliedaircraft. Of these there are 37 aerial shots. A large number of all the photoshave descriptions on the back, all in the same handwriting. Of the 40other photos, these include battlefield damage, a few scenic, artillery pieces,soldiers etc etc. some of these may well be aviation personnel but certainlyfrom the same group.

Aircraft include Albatros B’sand C’s, LVG CII’s, Aviatik’s, Roland CII’s, Fokker EIII’s, Albatros DII,Friedrichafen G, Taube’s, Rumpler’s, Sopwith’s etc
