For sale a very fine & large Chinese porcelaintemplevase and cover.

It has a beautiful Qing design with strong inky-blue with TWO large panels depicting a Qilin dragon standing on rocks emerging from turbulent foaming waves on one side; beautiful river landscape with mountains and rockworks on the other side. Top neck also finely painted with Buddhist symbols. Cover finely decorated with three boy dancing in the garden scene.

Beautiful Kangxi period colour,date 18th Century,Qing Dynasty.

Vase with an old long claw hairline crack and a small chip to body, a flat chip to top rim,minor firing imperfections from kiln during manufacture, otherwise in very good condition with no repair,please see both and additional pictures for full condition details.

cover is probably only associated, in excellent original condition, only with minor enamel loss to finial, minor firing imperfections from kiln during manufacture, please see and additional picturesfor full condition details.
