Superb large mid 19thc Staffordshire of King John signing the Magna Carta.

Excellent attention to detail. The figure showing King John, pen in hand, signing the Magna Carta inside a tent with a paige in attendance standing at either side of him. The King\'s cloak is trimmed with bocage. White figure decorated with gilt trim and coloured detail. Good detail to face of all three figures.

Measures some 13\" height x7.75\" at base.

Condition overallis excellent and age commensurate with end broken off from one Flag. See all images please.
