During our research we have been informed they certainly date from the 19th century.

Of a european origin.
would have formed part of furniture of the said period.

Condition: Considering the age, the overall conditionis to both excellent and both are not subject to any major blemishes except:
possibly would have had beading to the bases circumference.
Minor chip to the top centrally of the framework.
