This is a superb pair of gothic wooden oak corbels with the heads of the lions and other of which:
During our research we have been informed they certainly date from the early 19th century.
Date about c1820s.
Gothic.
Of an English origin.
A pair of wooden oak corbels with the carvings of the lion heads with their intricate carving and detail.
Other carvings with leaves to the bottom of.
Flat backed.
Each has an overall size to the rear of about 9 x 3inches.
Max overall depths of about 4.25inches.
Condition: Considering the age, the overall condition to both is excellent and both are not subject to any major blemishes.
