NONE OF THE LINES ARE FRACTURES AND ARE NOT AT ALL DISTRACTING IN PERSON. YOU DON\'T EVEN NOTICE THEM.

I PICKED UP SOME OF THESE STONES AT THE DENVER SHOW SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE PETRIFIED WOOD, BUT I HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THEM BEFORE. I AFTER STUDYING TWO OF THEM UNDER MAGNIFICATION. I COULD TELL THEY WERE PETRIFIED WOOD. THIS GORGEOUSLY DIFFERENT STONE WILL MAKE A PIECE OF JEWELRY THAT NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO MATCH. PLEASE NOTE: THE BACK IS POLISHED BUT HAS SOME TINY NATURAL OPEN VUGS AND ONE CHIP ALONG THE BACKSIDE EDGE THAT CAN BE COVERED NO MATTER HOW YOU SET THE STONE. The white spot is just a reflection of light. Our photos are taken with a Sony camera under halogen lighting (in most cases). We do our best to get a true representation of our stones. Sometimes because of enlarging the photo, or because of different settings on individual monitors there are variations in color.Shipping Information
