Description A handsome very large, heavyEnglish antiquesolid sterling silver cigarette or cigar humidor box by the silversmiths Charles S Green & Co Ltd and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1918.Excellent quality genuine 100 year old sterling silver example, a very impressiveuncommon largersizewith a hinged silver lid and with an attractive smooth polished finish. Has a protrudingsilveredge lip on the front to assist lid opening and has its original leatherette covering on the underside of the base. Inside it has its original cedar wood lined interior and is a fineheavybox weighing a substantial approx.896 grams, including wood lining. As a bonus there areno added presentation inscriptions, and nothing has been erased.
