No idea as to it\'s age and although the set has never been used and is in superb mint condition it does appear from the box to have some age to it. Believed to be a Yixing tea set but unfortunately I cannot read Chinese, so if it is important for you to be a genuine Yixing set, please do examine the marks and set carefully.Never the less it is a lovely tea set appearing to be beautifully made and finely crafted and is extremely tactile to the touch and to handleThe teapot and cups are in superb unused condition without damage, cracks, chips or restoration. The box although still strong and sturdy is a bit tatty on the outside but in nice condition to the inner and with the pictures better describing the tea set than I can in words alone, so please do enlarge the pictures and view them thoroughly if intending to offer.

A boxed vintage Chinese Yixing teapot with impressed character marks to base, lid and handle together with six tea bowls / tea cups all with impressed character marks to the baseNo idea as to it\'s age and although the set has never been used and is in superb mint condition it does appear from the box to have some age to it.
