SUPERMAN\'S PAL JIMMY OLSEN #13 (DC 1956). Features \"The Six Jimmy Olsens!\" This story is clearly inspired by the TV show Superman episode \"The Seven Souvenirs\", written by Jackson Gillis from the previous year. Just like the television story, SUPERMAN is tricked into using his powerful X-ray vision on a chest, transforming it into a very valuable object for the benefit of a crook. GOOD--VERY GOOD (3.0) condition.
Thisis a solid but lower grade copy of this magazine with very nice color and original luster. The book presents better than graded. It has been well taken care of, yet heavily read causing heavy wear along the spine and is split down to the top staple. Both staples firmly bind all interior pages. At the upper left there is a small amount of writing with a grease pen. There is a vertical scratch at the bottom left and some chaffing and chipping along the edges in places, especially the top and bottom. On the back cover there is a sliver chip out at the bottom left hand corner (see picture) and a small tear at the bottom right near the corner. The interior pages look cream to light tan and the inside covers show some tanning as well.
