A beautiful Swedish silver snuff / trinket box.It is hallmarked with for Swedish marks including the three crowns silver guarantee mark, a markers mark, and the date code for 1948. It has beenbeautifully design having a cast image of a cherub sat on a branch firing a bow, most likely Cupid. It is insuper condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. The inside is vibrantly gilded. Itmeasures a touch over 1.5 inches (4cms) diameter by 1 inch(2.5cms) tall andweighs 39 grams. A beautifully made high quality unusual piece.
