Large oval Sacred Heart medal unknown vintage. Brass? Bas relief, unknown vintage. Jesus with Sacred Heart on one side, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel holding the Christ child and a scapular on the other side.

The medal is in good condition, but shows wear due to its age. Also it has the green verdigris patina from the copper alloy in the brass. It is quite heavy for its size as it is a thick medal with the figures that stand out on it. Very nice detail still showing. No scratches or gouges on it; the edges are smooth with no dents.
