I was disappointed by the look of these chairs. The dark creme \"pleather\" seems very hard and plastic-like. The color of the wood legs is much more cherry than dark. They also looked very short when I placed them around my table, but I guess I should\'ve known that by reading the dimensions more closely. They didn\'t work for our dining room, but I can see why some reviewers like them because they seem sturdy enough. They were very easy to return -- Overstock is very good about that. Only had to pay about $** to ship all six chairs back via UPS.

I bought four of them for my kitchen table and they work great. They are light so easy to lift and move them around when cleaning the carpet underneath. However, when I bought these chairs, it was described as leather chair but they are not really leather! They are what is called split leather! There for I believe the title of the product is misleading. I decided to keep it since it looks nice and I was sick of returning products!Just be aware you are not getting real leather chairs!

The legs are not dark brown. They are a medium brown cherry color. I ended up spray painting the legs to match my espresso colored table.I would describe the leather as a dark cream.
