Description: This sale is for the 9\" x 7 1/2\" Salt Print Photo Image of two buildings with one area identified as aDaguerreotype Studio. The building on the right has a large sign that says Daguerreotypes below the 3rd story windows in the middle. The signs below that say Fancy Goods & Groceries and below that Stationary & Clothing. You can also make out Shepard & Co, and what looks like Newton or Norton.On the left there are a few fellows hanging out in the doorway of the other building. The signs there say Herald Office and Norton. There is more but I can not make it out. I know nothing more about it. A nice and interesting early image. Offered with a low start and . offer it to own it!!
