Description: A really lovely novelty silver bookmark, with original leather bound miniature dictionary and inbuilt magnifying glass. This item is in great condition for its age, with no damage to the silver or signs of repair. The magnifying glass is in good condition, with no chips or scratches. The leather bound dictionary fits snugly into the holder and has a little wear to the binding (see photos) but no tears, the title in gold leaf is still readable. The dictionary pages are a little aged, but not damaged. Hallmarks are in good condition. Fully marked for Sampson Mordan, London 1894.
