On offer today is a very nice pair of sauce ladles in FIDDLE THREAD pattern double struck. Assayed in London by good makers Joseph,Albert,Horace and Ethelbert Savory. Theyare dated 1883-year letter H. Hallmarks are deep and clear. Their length is 6.625 inches. Collectively theyweigh a hefty 171 grams (5.50troy ounces) and each piece is made of very thick gauge silver throughout.They have excellent unworn bowls and are engraved to the front with a nice contemporary crest.
