IMPORTANT offerDING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION: IF YOU PLAN TO offer ON THIS ITEM AND ARE THE HIGH buyer I WOULD LIKE TO ASK THAT YOU DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY INVOICE NOT THE INVOICE THAT IS GENERATED IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE BY . now has rules that all sellers MUST ship items for which they have been paid within one business day without exception. Those who follow my sales and have bought from me over the years know that I have always had a policy of shipping within 24 hours of a sale (see my response), however, there are times when I am out of town unexpectedly for a house call, an sale or an estate call and it simply is not possible to get to the post office in time. Also, if you find that there is more than one item you are interested in offerding on over a given time period and would like to take advantage of combined shipping, please again, DO NOT pay me until the last of those items you're watching has finished. I will then send you an invoice with an adjusted shipping fee which saves on postage.. I never charge a "handling fee". I would rather wait a few days on a payment and extend you the advantage of lower shipping fees than to be paid immediately - not ship - and then be scored negatively by for not shipping soon enough.Offered in this sale is a beautiful Royal Worcester plate with a hand painted fruit still life that was decorated by Richard Sebright. Sebright is considered to have been one of the top decorators at Worcester and his still life pieces are highly sought after. I have a total of twelve of these plates that I am going to be listing for sale individually on as they all have a different painted center scenes. If you are interested in more than one piece I do offer combined shipping which saves on postage. The plate measures 8 1/2" in diameter. It is clearly marked on the back with a printed company mark that I believe dates it to the 1920s. The border is a rich soft pale green that is highly embellished with 18k gold gilt. Aside from some very minor wear to some of the gold gild surrounding the center, the condition is excellent. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines or restoration. A true - investment quality - work of art which would display nicely in a cabinet or on a wall. Please feel free to email with any questions. I always guarantee everything is being sold WITHOUT A RESERVE as long as there is an opening offer. High buyer to pay $7.00 shipping/ including insurance - inside the United States. The last seven images illustrate other items I have listed for sale on sale on including a rare scenic hand painted American art pottery tile/plaque and a number of pieces of early Dresden porcelain. You are offerding on only the one piece in this sale.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international packages under four pounds are mailed International First Class mail unless you specifically request Priority Mail which is, of course, more costly. Items over four pounds must be shipped Priority Mail. Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. I would like to kindly ask international buyers to understand that I have no control over the delivery schedule. In most cases packages arrive within 7 - 10 days, however, packages sometimes can be delayed by foreign customs. I would appreciate you not scoring me low on for something out of my control..
