New In Original Packing and Box by Schleich, Pioneer driving a covered wagon pulled by 2 horses. Rare Retired Play Set, meticulously crafted and life like. All the information on box is written in German. Approximate dimensions are 14\" from front of horses to back of wagon, 5.75\" at widest point. Horses are 5.25\" from front to back, wagon is 8.5\" from where it is hitched to horses to back. Wheels roll, water barrel on side is removable, as well as the large trunk in back of wagon. Wagon is decorated with necessary implements, horseshoes, pick axe, sledge hammer, etc., and tool box on side. I bought this several years ago at an estate sale. It had never removed from box until taking these photos. Box has plastic front & top & has come unglued in places, thus allowing dust to collect in set, staining the wagon cover. The article number is 42024. Personally, I think it is more of a collectible than a toy. This item will be insured when shipped.
