Welcome in the place with listings of mine. I\'m a little seller from Czech Republic. I sell an electronic components and sometimes different goods too. I ship worldwide by Czech Post (firstly the package travel by Czech Post, next by local carrier in your country).

Here is the set of 300 pcs of FMKA140 diodes, Schottky rectifiers by Fairchild Smiconductors. Diodes made in the 1999 year, so theese are very old, but in good condition, sometimes I test a samples. Because the diodes are very old, the cost can decrease as down as possible- about 0,0463USD.;)

The Schottky diodes offer very low voltage drop, excellent reverse recovery time, but smaller breakdown voltages, higher reverse current andare expensive. Because I like DIY, I tested several pieces, by the bye.
