This is a rare black on black Schwinnstingray 20\" bike. It is complete and rides nice. It was not used as the tires still have the nubs on them. Handlebar grips are like new. It was exposed to the elements and suffered some chrome damage. I polished some parts and painted the handlebars chrome paint. No or very little scuffs and decals look 98%. Ask any questions and happy shopping!This item must be picked up. I can meet the buyer at Exit 15 along I-180 about fifteen minutes North of I-80 in central PA. Price is $150 cash. If the usps destroys your purchase I don’t feel it is my responsibility to refund the loss. I\'ve recently found that the usps no longer refunds shipping cost even in case of damage. The only time they refund shipping is if the item does not get delivered and I believe then they ONLY refund the shipping cost. I also, do not refund shipping costs.
