I am placing it on for the owner. I do NOT own this stamp! I am stamp knowledgeable and highly photo-macrography capable. I used many techniques to light the grill to count the points down , and count width and length. The stamp itself is very old and not a great example. I realize there are known counterfeits in 1900. The last estimate of cost for certification we received was over $15,000 in cost. The owner does NOT have the money, he has the stamp. He wants me to place it on in the hope that someone in the world will be interested, contact me and set up a meet, to make arrangements for its purchase after certification.
