Sears Tips to Trappers by Johnny Muskrat was a catalog published annually by Sears & Roebuck to help trappers prepare their pelts and give them trapping tips. Sears was in the fur buying business in those days and sold trapping supplies. This catalog is dated for the 1952-53 season and is in nice condition. It does not have any shipping tags. Johnny Muskrat told how to handle furs in this catalog and told how to pack and ship your furs to Sears. He showed a good set for mink and an old favorite muskrat set, showed successful sets for skunk and opossum and sets that would take raccoon and weasels as well as showing a set that will get the beavers.
