This is a really nice deep blue color porcelain dish with the name \"Seckin Limoges, with a crown\" on the bottom. It is beautifully made with a floral pattern, birds, and gold highlighting. It measures 4\" across at it\'s widest point and 3.5\" from top of heart indent to point of heart and is 1 5/8 inches tall. Some of the gold has worn off and there is a spot on the side (last picture) that looks to be a slight defect when it was made, I say this because it does not appear to be a chip just an indent.
