Seeburg jukebox 100C Mirrored Stainless Steel Foot kit:
$80.00

I restore all my Seeburg 100C models with this kit. Itvisually brightens up the whole cabinet, gives it a super nice clean finish look, and brings out the chrome grille tubes out even more. It Looks like chrome, ishighly durable, and easy to install. I do it every time without question. KitIncludes:

Qty. of 2 High quality #8 mirrored Stainless Steel stripssheered out of T304 SS, 2.5”W x 33”L x 0.30”T.

Qty. of 2 ¼” edgingstrips backed with quality 3M adhesion tape, 33” long.

GLUE NOT INCLUDED – Construction Glue at Lowes or Home Depot– approx. $2.50

Why the price tag for this kit? The expense in this kit is theattention to quality. Getting this quality SS 304 #8 mirrored steel materialcut without scratching it is tough. Because of its thickness, it must be cut inan industrial shearing machine and not by hand, which is not cheap. I also havespent time quality inspecting each strip and personally bending each piece byhand off of an original 100C cabinet. See pictures. This is NOT a massproduction item but a 1 man show making a custom kit for a 60 year old SeeburgJukebox in his garage that cares. It will look good, it will be sturdy, and 99%certain it will fit a stock 100C cabinet. I recommend buying this kit while Ihave it in stock, not something you find months from now on Amazon. It can siton the shelf to you are ready to install.

Directions: This is NOT rocket science. Strip and glue inplace with Construction Glue, NO HAMMERING OF TACKS. You WILL have to stripfeet down to wood framing along with pulling or cutting off nails/tac ends inwood. While doing this you most likely have to glue back together wood frame ifneeded. Common issue, don’t stress it, todays glue is great. Surface should beprepped for good adhesion of glue. It doesn’t have to be perfectly finished butsolid. Check fitment of SS strips to verify they fit “COMFORTABLY” on woodframe. You don’t need exact fitment on frame. Gaps around curves is allowed! Remember, these cabinets are 60 years old and wood is not straight to begin with. Thesteel strip will give you a great straight finish, the wood framing underneathwill not.

DO NOT HAMMER OR OVERLY BEND NEW STEEL STRIPS!

NOTE: I have already formed strips but…..You can gently bendwith length of finger or hit with palm of hand if needed but you risk pinchingthe metal if you do too much. This steel is fairly thick but will damage if youhit it with a hammer. I inspect all pieces before I pack for fitment and tomake sure you do NOT get a pinched or dented piece of steel to start with. Again, quality parts, packaging, and work in this kit. Once fitment is good a liberalamount of construction glue, especially around front curves, should be applied.Avoid too much towards top of panel to avoid glue overflow in areas to bedifficult to clean off. Better to overflow out bottom then out top. Once ready, smoosh panel in place wipe away overflow glue if need be. Clamp gently in placeas shown in pictures.

CLAMP GENTLY IN PLACE- you risk pinching the steel if youcrank down to hard.

Once glue dries, remove white protective film, apply ¼” adhesivebacked strip along bottom in a warm Environment. Tape does not like cold whenapplying. Small clamps might help with stripping around front curves if thereis an issue.

WARNING – These Steel strips have semi sharp edges – cutresistant gloves might be a good idea.

That’s it, have fun. Thanks for your interest.
