ThisVintage MURANO ART GLASS Table Lighter,attributed to designers Archimede Segusoand/or Alfred Barbini, of spiraledencased glass (Sommerso), permeatedwith a plethora of controlled bubbles (Bullicante)and REAL GOLD flecks (Aventurina), isbelieved to have been manufactured by the BAROVIER& TOSO Glass Company, located in Murano, an island off the coast of Italy, around theearly 1960’s.

Thisis absolutely an object of art, andshould be prominently displayed, either, in conjunction with other objects ina vignette, or solely, as I have sodone in this listing\'s appended photographs, on top of a stand or a beautifullypolished stone surface. The polished stone stand is not for sale, but if youfancy it, I might be persuaded to part with it, should you make me a fairoffer.

ThisMURANO ART GLASS Table Lighter measuresapproximately 6 inches in height, and its base diameter is 2.75 inches.

Theglass portion of the lighter is in PERFECT CONDITION. The lighter portion isshinny and pretty, but since I have not filled it with fuel, I can ONLY ATTEST TO THE FACT THAT ITS FLINT DOES FIRE, and does so, in a strong/vibrant manner.
