A brand new unworn Seiko SNZH57 that has been carefully modified by the addition of a custom gold FFF dial with date window at 3 o\'clock.
The dial pays homage to the iconic Blancpain Fifty Fathoms dive watch of the 1950\'s made famous by Jacque Cousteau.
The SNZH range have been avaliable since 2011 and have proved to be immensely popular.The styling of the watch has a vintage feel to it and makes if perfect for fitting of this classic dial pattern.The dial itself is of excellent quality with a rich dark chocolate semi matt finish.The indices are gold edged filled with white lume.This particular version has a date window at 3 o\'clock .The SNZH hands again are gold edged but filled with Seiko\'s Lumibrite.This is a Seiko innovation and has awesome luminescence.You could almost read a book with the light this gives off!The case is quite large with a diameter of 45mm,11mm thick.Crown at 3 o\'clock .Showcase caseback.7s36 23 jewelled movement.These watches are rated waterproof down to 100m.The bezel is 120 unidirectional with a nice positive solid click.The bezel insert is ceramic a dark rich chocolate with gold numerals and compliments the classic dial perfectly.
This is on its own a stunning watch the addition of the FFF dial just makes it perfect.
I\'ve ditched the original stainless strap that comes with the watch and have fitted a high quality Catalonia dark brown leather with contrasting white stitching.These are very comfortable and with wear develop a lovely patina.Virtually identical to the Hirsch \'Liberty\' strap.Watch is sold with the Stainless strap if you decide to take this baby in the water.

This custom watch can be supplied with a high quality domed AR coated sapphire crystal fitted for an additional £25.These are much harder to scratch than mineral glass and give an extra degree of clarity.Message me after purchase if required.
