The Seiko Prospex Landmaster SBDW005 Kinetic watch is constructed with Seiko expertise and quality materials, making it an investment that will last for years to come. This watch was only released in Japan, making this a fantastic collectors piece for watch aficionados! The titanium body features a large, easily visible face which is protected by a sapphire crystal front. This watch runs on an automatic kinetic mechanism and can run for approximately 6 months when fully charged. The crown also screws in for greater security when in water. The striking black color of the face creates an ideal background for the polished silver and handsome white detailing. The hours are represented by mix of round and angular luminescent shapes, creating a sleek look that is sure to please. The hands and hour markings are easily visible, and both the watch hands and hour markers glow for enhanced visibility in dark Environments. A rotating bezel surrounding the face is marked with easy to read numbers and serves as a compass with directions engraved around the perimeter. This piece is equipped with a date window, and a power reserve indicator is operated by depressing the top right button on the case. The watch face reads Seiko Landmaster Kinetic One Piece, Titanium, 20 Bar. The original titanium band is composed of multiple links, allowing it to easily conform to the wrist for a comfortable fit. An additional link is included with this piece, in case the band needs to be lengthened. This watch fastens securely with a fold-over buckle which is marked with the Seiko maker\'s mark. Please note, there is some wear to this piece, as can be expected with any pre-owned item. The clasp has the most visible wear, although it is mostly covered when the watch is closed and doesn\'t detract from the handsome look when worn. The buckle clasp releases with the press of two buttons, which are set on either side of the band, and a sliding mechanism allows this piece to be extended for different wrist sizes. The back casing is also stamped Landmaster and features space to engrave personal data. This watch comes with its original box and paperwork, as can be seen in the enlarged photographs.
