Vintage Bird Cage Seed/Water CupsSet of 2Ceramic Bird House Style Feeders
A scarce vintage birdcage accessory set, dating to the first half of the 20th century. These feed/water cups are made of ceramic and designed to resemble small bird houses. The feeders show nice detail in the handpainted decoration. The feeders are stamped \"Japan\" on the bottom of each. Each feeder measures 2 5/8\" in height, 2 1/4\" in width, and 1 1/2\" in depth (not including the tab on the back for attaching to the cage).
The feed/water cups are both in excellent condition for their age. No chips or cracks to the ceramic...only some extremely minor paint wear. Also, one of the feeders has some excess ceramic material on the inside from manufacturing (see last photo).
