The blades bear the French Minerva, First Standard,assay mark that denotes .950 sterling silver content

and theCardeilhac maker\'s mark. Cardeilhac is renowned for the quality of his knives.

The knife ferrules are .950 French sterling silver as well. The length ofa knife is approximately 7.3/4\".

The knives bear a faint, unobtrusive monogram within each cartouche.

The knives are solid, in very good original condition.
