Please, take a look at this lovely set of Opalescense plates by, LHS Selb Bavaria. The lot consist of 1- 11.5” serving platter and 4 - 8\"plates. Each plate has a similar floral pattern with blue flowers combined with white, yellow, green, & lavender. The edges have gold gilding. The makers mark is a blue back stamp with a circle and a lion inside the circle. The Platter is marked Hutschenreuther Selb stamped above the circle, and Bavaria below. 8 inch plates bear the green mark, H& Co, with a crown above and the Selb Bavaria below.The International Ceramics Directory list this blue stamp mark as dated 1925-1939. The smaller plate bears a green stamp mark The set is in good condition for the age, free of cracks, breaks, chips & repairs. Please email with any questions prior to offerding.
