Approx. 120 tot pcs, c1890\'s mottled Victorian fireplace hearth tile. This large set of hearth tile has lots of wear and crazing - the glaze colors are a mottled mix of smoky teal with fern leaf, aqua and jade greens, with hints of steel grey - on an off white background. Marked N T Co on back, it was manufactured by the National Tile Co. There is still some dirt, grey paint and residual soot. In the pictured setup, without grout, they are approx. 63\" long x 14\" wide. As these tiles are from a reclaimed, vintage hearth, they will have mortar bits / chips /splits / flea bites/surface wear - the expected wear and vintage patina of hearth tile. Please see all pics.
