Set of 6 Nippon Hand Painted Gold Moriage Grape Vine Salts Circa 1891 - 1921Nice set of 6 porcelain salts with cabriolet style legs. Each salt is nicely decorated with a hand painted gold gilt grape vine pattern with grapes and leaves and gold moriage beading. With gold highlights to the cabriolet legs. These are unmarked, but match another piece of Nippon I have seen that had the Nippon rising sun mark. Circa 1891 - 1921. Minor wear to the gilding on some of the legs, but otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks to any of the pieces. Each salt measures approximately 1 5/8\" wide x 1\" tall. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the pieces. Please see my other listings for more Nippon porcelain.
