RETURN POLICY: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of confirmed delivery by shipping company. Please email me before the end of the 3rd day of receiving item. I will need you to forward me a tracking number as soon as possible. Any returns sent without forwarding me the tracking number will be subject to a 10% service fee. Return orexchangeitem must be received by me no later than 14 days from day of receipt from mail carrier. Date is determined by electronic date stamp at delivery. Item must be in perfect condition, just as it was sent to you. If item is damaged credit may be partial or not at all. I take great care in packaging items and have very few that are ever damaged in shipping. Things happen and of course I will work with you in those situations. Cancelled orders before shipped will be charged 10% restocking fee.
