Looks like a wreath design at the bottom of the frame.
Made of Cast Plaster by Gargoyles Studio Brooklyn, New York
Condition is..... a good amount of the plaster/paint has chipped away
yet it can be touched up.
Measures 15\" x 9 3/4\" x 1\" thick.
Frame holds a good amount of weight.
