Sheaffer No. 9 Triumph Nib Unit-- Two-Tone 14K Gold, Medium-Fine Tip

Original factory nib unit, US production. In factory tube, as supplied to authorized repair services. The nib has been inked, though it shows no signs of wear (the smudging on the surface is thread sealant). Very likely was exchanged for another nib at the time the pen was purchased, or immediately thereafter.

The nib measures around 8.8mm diameter at its base, the portion which screws into the section is around 7.6mm in diameter measured over the threads. Tube has \"Medium\" checked off, but the tip is on the finer side of medium.
