Additional details:

Sheaffer No Nonsense, if you don\'t know them, are stalwart, mainly calligraphy pens from 1969 to present day in various incarnations. This is a black one in good restored condition. It has the US imprints and short hard section of the standard early 70s versions. The nib is an excellent italic M, perfectly functional at time of writing this description. Of course, I can\'t guarantee performance in the future. In general I would say, though, the performance of these nibs is excellent - I have had ones that have sat idle for literally years that have started up and written smoothly straight away. Paper performance and ink variation may also affect the overall effect. Please look at Picture 8 for an idea of some of its scope and performance.

I am not a professional seller, and all of my items come from my quest for good calligraphy tools.

All of my items are sold AS IS: that is, please examine the zoomed photos, and the descriptions.

I do not test all of the items I am selling: for example, new or mint ones, ones with particular peculiarities, junk lots. However, any vintage pen I have will usually have been conservatively cleaned up, resacked if appropriate, simply and very basically restored, write or dip tested, and flushed out. On rare occasions any sample writing I may have in the photos will have been from another like pen for various reasons, but in those cases I will state as much.Please note the description of what you will receive, which does NOT include any props used in the photographs!

I only accept returns if I have made a major omission in the description. If it\'s a minor omission I\'d appreciate good faith. Essentially, I am selling everything AS IS: if you have examined the pictures on zoom, and read the details of the description, you will have had fair warning of any problems, and any others that appear through normal or other use are the buyer\'s responsibility. I am not a professional dealer, I\'m mainly just selling the pens I\'ve come across in my buys for my calligraphy addiction!
