We ship USPS and Canada Post.; All shipments must have a tracking number.For those beyond North America this meansAir Mail deliverywhich can be tracked.

The shipping cost is determined by weight and destination.We can certainly discuss shipping method ;usually Prioirty 2 or 3 day is how we ship but we can do cheaper methods if time is not a factor.

Our normal shipping day isFriday. So if you purchase on Monday..Pay for it by Thursday at 5 p.m. EST we will ship in the next group. Our handling time is 5 business days..

If you are buying from overseas, it costs about $27 to ship one cup to \' Indonesia \" for example.If we combine and ship 4 cups it is about $37.00.
