Made by ZELDA, a manufacturer heavily influenced by vintage 1940s design - 80s or maybe 90s production. It is hard to describe this piece so please study the pix for a better understanding. Black bolero length in the front with a tailored lapel - tapering down into a waist length swing style in the back. The back has a wide V across the shoulders that the billowing extends from. The cuffs are turned back and split. Underneath the swing back is a more fitted panel so that you always have coverage. Fabric is drapey with good weight - feels like a wool crepe. Again, hard to describe but REALLY COOL design and a perfect fit over true vintage dresses or separates. Fits like a modern 8/10ish give or take...This will become a tried and true staple in your wardrobe - PROMISE!! Any questions, please ask.
