We are offering this Mid-20th Century Modernist abstract oil painting signed Jean and dated 1967. This painting features energetic textural relief and layered oil paint strokes converging towards the centre of the work. Colours include greens, pastels, browns and black. The work measures approximately 19.75\" width by 15.75\" height in the frame. The painting\'s surface measures approximately 16\" width by 12\" height. The painting is in excellent condition. The painting includes the original wood frame. The wood frame is in good condition with normal indications of use. This work will be carefully prepared and shipped. All photos are of the actual item for sale. The work is signed by the artist to the lower right \'Jean\' and dated 1967. This sale is exclusively for the painting with frame included.
