This shallow bowl is approximately 8\" across by 1.8\" tall, and is signed Libbey in the center. The pattern appears to be Venetia,

but that isan educated guess based on seeing other Libbey Venetia pieces, which have identical or almost identical motifs.I have not found this exact piece in any catalog to verify it for certain.
This bowl is cut from a free blown blank as opposed to a figured blank. It shows wear typical of its age, including some flakesand nicks on the teeth and some minor scratches. See photos above. Overall it displays quite well.
