RETURN POLICY: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused. All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). The retail box cannot be used as a shipping box. Return shipping costs are not reimbursable unless the error was made by us, then we will issue you a prepaid shipping label. There is a 20% restocking fee on a voluntary return of the returned product. Using the wrong return reason may result in additional restocking fee.
