The Singer 301A Beige Full Size is one of Singer\'s finest ever. the direct descendant of the famous 221 Featherweight, it\'s the first of the Slant-O-Matics

You can hear the Featherweight influence when you run this machine. If you know the Featherweight well, you\'ll recognize the sound of the bobbin and bobbin case.

It\'s a strong,heavy duty full size sewing machine, a steel drive in an aluminum body, with the strength to sew everything from sheer and lightweight material to multiple layers of heavy fabrics like denim and canvas.

It uses standard needles and the bobbins are plentiful new or used nearly anywhere. It features a graduated throat plate and dropping feed making this a nice quilting machine and it\'s very lightweight and portable, too.
