Six (6) vintage bowls (specifications below) from an estate in Beaufort, SC.
BOWL A: Measures 11.5 inches in diameter at the widest point (not a perfect circle), 1.94 inches tall and weighs 1 pound 4 ounces. The bowl has a couple cracks, but is solid and has no flex. The bowl is marked OBERAMMERGAU on the bottom, which I assume means this bowl originated in Oberammergau, Germany.BOWL B: Measures 10.75 inches across at the widest point, 10.25 inches across at the least widest point, 2.75 inches tall and weighs 1 pound 6 ounces.BOWL C: Measures 17.25 inches across at the widest point, 16.375 inches across at the least widest point, 5.125 inches tall and weighs 2 pounds 14 ounces.BOWL D: Measures 8.0 inches in diameter, 2.5 inches tall and weighs 12 ounces.BOWL E: Measures 16.0 inches long, 8.25 inches wide, 2.25 inches tall and weighs 1 pound 1 ounce. Bowl is very crudely made, appears to have been hand-hewned, is not symmetric and has a slight twist end-to-end.BOWL F: Measures 12.63 inches long, 6.19 inches wide, 1.38 inches tall and weighs 11 ounces.
