This size O solid 9 carat gold ring is set with a mid to darkish 5.6mm (approx) blue/green/yellow natural untreated Australian parti sapphire gemstone which was hand mined, hand cut and hand set at the Anakie Gemfields in Central Queensland Australia. Although the sapphire is a bit dark it does show reasonable colour in the light, even outside on a cloudy day. The sapphire is complimented by four small diamonds set into each petal type panel encircling the main stone. The sapphire is well cut and is free from any visible faults. This item is part of a private collection and is for sale at a price well below what it is really worth. It has been for sale at $480.00 and has been reduced to sell.
