SHIPPING & HANDLING

For orders placed on we offer shipping to locations in the continental United States. Most orders received by 3pm Eastern time Monday-Friday are shipped the same day from our Charlotte, NC distribution center. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders placed here on which for the continental US mean you\'ll typically recieve your order within 5 days or less. If you need your order sooner, we also offer an Expedited delivery option.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

If you purchase an item from us and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days for a refund of the cost of the merchandise. There are of course some limitations and restrictions to this policy which are as follows:

You have THREE (3) days to contact us and 15 days to return the item(s) from the date it was received. The item(s) must be received at our Distribution Center warehouse in Charlotte, NC within 15 days from the day you originally received the item from us.
Every Return must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us written clearly on the exterior of the return shipping parcel. You must contact us to request a RMA number. All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not eligible for refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon satisfactory inspection of a return we will issue a refund to the buyer less any restocking fees. We will be happy to assist you in this process so please contact us via with questions.
Item(s) should be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation and all shipping costs pre-paid.
Item(s) returned must be in new condition, are not missing any items/pieces, are returned with the original manufacturer\'s packaging intact (in new condition) and have not been worn, used, altered or show signs of any wear. In all cases we reserve the right to assess a 20% restocking fee.
If the item(s) being returned were originally shipped FREE, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from the refund amount.
Due to health code regulations, we cannot accept returns for undergarments, petticoats, wigs, hats,and stockings. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
