Description Smart PAIR GEORGIAN OLD SHEFFIELD PLATE CANDLESTICKS c1820Period: Georgian c1820.Dimensions: approx 255mm tall.Marks: None.Condition: Good. Typical copper bleed on both candlesticks. Some patches of black tarnishing, will need a good polish. Small dings, dents and surface scratches. There is a little old wax dripped on the base and sconce. One of the drip trays can be removed but the other is fixed to the candlestick. Drip trays are also slightly bent when viewed from the side. Wear commensurate with age. Please see photos and do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.Notes: Lovely smart pair of Old Sheffield Plate candlesticks with gadrooned borders and a little foliate decoration.
