Handcrafted in Korea for Wallace Berry & Company in 1982.

NO signs of display, handling or damage. The original tag is attached to the left arm of the Smurf and the manufacturers sticker is affixed on the bottom.

Vintage and used item listingsare compiled from a visual inspection of the actual item and are described tothe best of our ability at the time of the listing.

Factory sealed items arenot opened by us when they are listed. After purchase and at the buyer’srequest we will open a factory sealed item to verify condition and operation.Factory brand new current production items are covered by a warranty throughthat manufacturer. In many cases the manufacturer specifies a defective item isto be addressed and or returned to them for warrant repair or replacement. Allshipping costs associated with a return or warranty issue are not refundable byJetstream.

ITEM DAMAGE POLICY:Prior to sending messages that your item hasbeen received broken, damaged or missing parts please note that we take digitalimages and digital recordings of the items as they are packed to verifycondition, packing and content.This procedure is recommended by all shipping companies. Allof our packing boxes and material exceed all listed shipper requirements. If anitem arrives with shipping damage contact us immediately. Save the shipping boxand all contents and the damaged item. The buyer and seller are requiredto notify the shipping company about the damage claim. All shippingcarriers pay an insurance claim based on the declared value of the item. Whenthe claim is approved a refund of the purchase price and original shipping willbe issued by us if we receive the settlement. In some cases the buyer receivesthe settlement. The damaged item may have to be returned to us for inspectionby a shipping representative. In that case we will reimburse the buyer for thereturn shipping cost after we receive the item.
